MESSAGE FROM MELVIN PETTY, CEO
To our dedicated ERP Staff, Stakeholders & Clients,
Thanks to all of you, we have had a very strong start to 2024. We have won substantial contract awards in the first quarter and have positioned ourselves to continue that success throughout the year.
Spring is a time for rebirth and renewal, both in nature and in ourselves. As we say goodbye to the Cherry Blossoms, it’s a good time to think about Spring cleaning. Use this time to clear your mind of the winter cobwebs and refocus on the goals that you set for the year. Check in with your teams and managers to ensure we are all working together towards common goals.
In that light, the executive team has met for a spring offsite to ensure – from leadership on down – that we are headed in the right direction. Look for more news on that front in the days and weeks ahead.
Thanks once again for all of your efforts – you continue to demonstrate our core value to Be the Best! Please read on to celebrate our many highlights so far this year and let’s maintain the momentum into the Summer!
Sincerely,
Melvin and Sandra Petty
