MESSAGE FROM MELVIN PETTY, CEO
To our dedicated ERP Staff, Stakeholders & Clients,
ERP has built on our strong start to 2024 through the second quarter and into Summer, thanks to our dedicated, professional and enthusiastic staff. We’ve continued to rack up the contract awards in the second quarter and are looking forward to keeping the pedal down through the end of the year.
It’s easy to lose focus during the Summer months and to take it a little easy, but it’s important that we stay focused, don’t lose steam, and end the year with a kick to position ourselves for a strong beginning to 2025.
We’re thankful for the work environment we’ve created, as demonstrated by winning a place on the Washington Post Top Workplaces list for the fifth consecutive year, and by the large number of Ten-Year Anniversaries we have coming up this quarter. Your contributions to our company make this a great place to work and we’re extremely grateful for your dedication.
Thanks once again for all your efforts to Be the Best and please read on for exciting news about our company and our greatest asset – our people!
Sincerely,
Melvin and Sandra Petty

ERP ACHIEVES JSVAP CERTIFICATION, PAVING THE WAY FOR CMMC 2.0 CERTIFICATION
In July, ERP announced that we successfully achieved Joint Surveillance Voluntary Assessment Program (JSVAP) certification under the Defense Industrial Base Cybersecurity Assessment Center.
“This is a significant milestone for the company,” said ERP Chief Technology Officer Pradheeshan Coomaraswamy. “It reflects our commitment to Cybersecurity and our focus on being one of the first defense industrial base contractors to achieve CMMC certification.”
The JSVAP program allows contractors with an active DoD contract to undergo a DIBCAC NIST 800-171 assessment. Once all 110 of the NIST 800-171 controls are met, the contractor achieves DIBCAC NIST 800-171 compliance, which is required for a Level 2 CMMC certification, once the federal rulemaking establishing the new certification goes into effect.
