HEALTH SOLUTIONS UPDATE
A message from President of Health Solutions and Chief Operating Officer John Ely
Healthcare Professionals Week is one of the most meaningful moments of the year for me, because it gives us the opportunity to pause and truly recognize the people behind the mission.
To our healthcare professionals across ERP: thank you. Thank you for showing up day after day with compassion, skill, and quiet determination. Whether your work puts you at the bedside, behind the scenes, or supporting care teams around the world, the impact you make is real and it matters deeply to those you serve.
Caring for our Active-Duty Military, Veterans, and their families is more than a responsibility; it is a trust. You honor that trust through the way you lead with empathy, adapt in complex environments, and put patients first, always. Your dedication does not go unnoticed, and it does not go unappreciated.
What makes ERP special is not just what we do, but how we do it. The heart, professionalism, and resilience you bring to your roles define our culture and shape our reputation. You represent the very best of healthcare and the very best of ERP.
On behalf of the entire Health Solutions leadership team, thank you for the care you provide, the sacrifices you make, and the pride you take in your work. We are grateful to stand alongside you, proud of the difference you make, and honored to celebrate you this week and always.

EMPLOYEES OF THE MONTH
We’d like to take a moment to recognize teammates who consistently show up, step up, and support one another at ERP Health Solutions. These individuals were nominated by their peers for making a meaningful impact through their dedication, collaboration, and excellence. Each month we select one team member to honor as Employee of the Month for their contributions to ERP and to our clients. Thank you for the work you do every day to strengthen our team and advance our mission—we’re proud to celebrate you!

A DAY IN THE LIFE SERIES
In furtherance of our goal to celebrate our health care workforce and draw attention to their work and service, we’ve begun a series of vignettes of A Day in the Life of our team members. In this digital age, it’s more important than ever to recognize the human element of our work and the value of the people that perform it. In the first of this new series, we interviewed Dr. David Boyd, a Dermatologist at Eglin AFB.
How long have you been in your current position?
I have been with ERP for seven years, as a Dermatologist at Eglin AFB.
What role does your position play in the provision of healthcare to military servicemembers?
The majority of our patients are active-duty service members who need care for skin conditions or diseases. They also may need clearance for certain military duties with respect to their skin issues. I help train active-duty Family Medicine Residents and PA students, who will be serving in front line positions taking care of those in operational and forward deployed units.
What does your daily routine look like?
My daily routine revolves around our schedule of patients. We have a mix of new and established patients. We perform biopsies and excisions, as well as procedures such as laser and light treatments, for various conditions.
What is the most challenging aspect of your work?
My biggest challenge is properly documenting patient care using an inefficient system, technical generations behind the industry standard. The second biggest challenge is keeping abreast of all of the new information related to Dermatology so I can optimize care for my patients.
What is the most rewarding thing you do?
The most rewarding thing for me is training the next generation of physicians to recognize various skin conditions. It is also quite rewarding to spot and diagnose skin cancer, as these activities can be lifesaving.
Why are the things you do important to serving the ERP mission?
Providing the best Dermatologic care by a physician is important to the mission of ERP.
What achievement or accomplishment by you or your team makes you the proudest?
My proudest accomplishment in my position was being recognized as faculty of the year for 2021-2022 for the Family Medicine Residency.
What do you enjoy about working for ERP International?
Working for ERP has allowed me to provide top notch care at Eglin AFB for some of our most deserving patients. I have some excellent colleagues, and I look forward every day to making diagnoses and treatment plans that better the lives of our patients. As a former aviator, I can relate to our Air Force flyers, and enjoy discussing their skin conditions and how they relate to what they do in defense of our country.

Last May, our OneERP Solutions joint venture won the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Medical Q-Coded Services – Next Generation (MQS2-NG) Small Business Contract. MQS2-NG is a 10-year multiple-award indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract running through May of 2034.
“We are incredibly proud and honored that ERP has been awarded the DHA MQS2-NG contract,” said ERP International COO and President of Health Solutions John Ely. “This recognition is a testament to the unwavering dedication and excellence our team has demonstrated throughout the predecessor DHA MQS and MSS contracts, where ERP consistently ranked among the top five providers in both volume and performance. We are enthusiastic about the opportunity to continue staffing military treatment facilities across the country and to contribute meaningfully to the strength and resilience of the U.S. healthcare system. This award reaffirms our mission and energizes our team to deliver even greater impact in the years ahead.”

So far in 2026 we have racked up an additional four wins: Two at Luke AFB; and one each at Lackland AFB and Minot AFB. The win at Minot AFB is particularly important, as we haven’t worked with them in several years, and it’s a real vote of confidence to win back that contract.

Over the course of the next six months, many of our contracts will be transitioning from predecessor MQS and MSS contracts to the new "Next Generation" contracts. This is a very dynamic time, both for ERP International and for our employees and contractors. We very much want you to know what is going on, so we strongly encourage you all to reach out to your Program Managers for more information. As always, we’ll be happy to answer any questions we can.
